Each day you will have the option to start your day with a sunrise 30 minute guided Himalayan meditation. Throughout the day we there will be two yoga and breathwork practices available for all levels, and each client will also have the option to meet with Nayla one on one to receive a personalized Sadhana (practice) for you to take home. If there is interest in being officially initiated into the Sattva Himalayan Meditation Technique, this can be made available at no additional cost. About Nayla Tawa
Nayla Tawa is a Sattva Yog-Vedantic and meditation teacher, filmmaker, avid adventurer, and athlete, with a true passion for the outdoors and global exploration. She has been featured in several media outlets including but not limited to Rolling Stone Magazine, The Huffington Post, Backcountry Magazine and Outside TV.
Her path towards Yoga started over 10 years ago, eventually leading her to receive her 500 hr teacher certification and train directly in India under Anand Mehrotra, the youngest known spiritual master in the world.
She loves the challenge of teaching in unconventional spaces, and also teaches on board our Antarctica ship. Her energy is contagious, as she passionately guides her students to discover their inner state of being.
